SOMETHING TO REMEMBER ALWAYS...........
In some countries PayPal does not work both ways, that is to pay and receive. Paying is possible in many countries but receiving is a problem. Therefore whenever you do a payment to a PTC, make sure you check the payment processor's capability of transactions both ways. In Sri Lanka, the best option is to use ONLY Payza.
